West One represents the complete transformation of a near derelict city centre town house  into a fine co-living environment of which we can be very proud, and where there once stood an eyesore, this fine building now provides a boutique living environment for Lincoln's discerning  professional and postgraduate student tenants.

In West One  we were presented with the opportunity  to redefine a typical Lincoln city centre town house from  scratch, and we have designed what we believe to be something unique, with a stunning town garden and sustainable town centre living with all amenities within walking distance.

Whilst  the original sash windows were long  beyond repair,  as part of the refurbishment, we  have reinstated  double glazed sash windows and restored the tessellated tiled floor in the entrance passage way.

The most stringent safety standards and latest technology are incorporated into the building without compromising its history and integrity.

This is a building of which we and the  residents of Lincoln can now be very proud.
